2.1. Credit and Debit Cards: Payment via credit or debit cards is due after the service is completed. A 4% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.
2.2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): For EFT payments, the total amount must be received within 5 days after the scheduled service.
2.2.1 PayPal: Payment via PayPal is accepted and a 4% convenience fee will be added to all PayPal payments.
2.3. Cash: Cash payments for in-person bookings are due after the service is completed and should be given directly to the service provider.
2.4. Personal Checks: Payment by personal check is accepted and should be made payable to "SA Cleaning Service." Checks should be received within 5 days after the scheduled service.
2.5. Gift Cards: Gift cards may be used to pay for services after the service is completed and the total amount is determined.
3. Receipts
Receipts are automatically provided to Credit and Debit Card customers. Customers using other payment methods should request a receipt if desired.

4.4 Effective April 11, 2023, the convenience fees will no longer be refunded when issuing full or partial refunds.

Late Payment Fee Policy

At SA Cleaning Service, we strive to provide excellent products/services while maintaining clear and transparent financial practices. To this end, we have established the following Late Payment Fee Policy to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the satisfaction of our clients.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are listed here: Payment Policy, as detailed in our contracts and invoices. We issue invoices as needed, and payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date.
Grace Period
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally delay payment. Therefore, we offer a grace period of 14 days after the payment due date. During this time, no late fees will be applied to the outstanding amount.
Late Payment Fees
If payment is not received within the 14-day grace period, a late payment fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. The late payment fee will be calculated as follows:
A 5% interest fee per month on the total outstanding balance, calculated from the due date of the payment.
As well as a one-time fixed late payment charge of $40 to cover administrative costs associated with late payments.
Payment Reminders
We will send payment reminders as follows:
A reminder 7 days before the due date.
A final notice on the due date.
Late payment notices will be issued at 15 days and 30 days after the due date, respectively.
Resolving Outstanding Balances
Clients with outstanding balances will be contacted by our accounts department to discuss payment options. We are committed to working with our clients to find suitable solutions to settle any outstanding debts.
